Not 100% certain, but is usually a sign of infection. You can right click on it in the task manager and select 'go to process' to see what is creating it. Google the process to find out what it is.
It also doesn't hurt to run a complete virus scan (of course you have an up to date virus scanner, right?) you should also run MalwareBytes (Great free program with no malware)
