I have noticed that when I check my task manager, I notice a program called strongvault online backup is running, now this is a program that I never asked for nor cannot find anywhere on my computer.. I have tried numerous times to locate it so I can uninstall it, and I can NEVER find it.. My question to you is , where did it come from, why can't I get rid of it and is it a virus??? Please tell me what needs to be done to end this.. Your help will be greatly appreciated. Now mind you I can get on-line using firefox and google chrome but cannot access the internet using internet explorer..
