What is the best glue to hold 40 gage vinyl window replacement to a auto convertible top? Glue must become tacky & bond quickly & NOT melt in AZ.'s up to 120 degree summer temperatures?
Already tried HH 66; DAP Weld Contact Cement & Gorilla Contact Adhesive Clear Grip. Convertible top is on car! 40 gage vinyl is expensiveheavy so the glue must become tacky and hold quickly w/o clamping. MAJOR ISSUES: Glue taking too long to become tacky & firmly hold. Glue melting & loosing it's bond in the summer.
