I tried to print the but the red LED is on & Blue is flashing. A pop-up appear on the screen that say 'Ricoh sp 100 is in an error state'. I delete the document in the print queue. I switch the printer off & on, the Blue LED is on and I print the document same thing happen. The paper 'outlet' is open & there are paper in the tray.
