I haven't solved 'the problem' as I don't have a problem other than the fact that greedy people like yourself can't even tell me the power supply adapter for the Norcent I own...I don't have any problem technically other than trying to figure out what the adpater number is for my norcent 5224pi cd burner...so I'm not paying a chunkc of money for info that is public knowledge about this produvt but seems to be hidden somewhere...I don't want to pay a kings ransom to get info I should find anywhere on this product albeit its 6 years old...
