Seriously...? It means check the engine. On board diagnostics (OBD-II) tell you when something is wrong, and a code is associated with it. This code is accessed by use of an OBD-II tool/reader, available for purchase, rent, or at a dealer/mechanic (they will charge you). Either they will tell you what the code means, or you can go online and find the meaning yourself. General rule of thumb, the first number of "0" in the code means a generic issue, while other number being first (generally 1) are car make specific problems (aka, specific to ford, toyota, etc.) Start with checking the code yourself or by a professional.
any mechanic can do it, OBD readers are very common you don't need a dealer, UNLESS you're still under warranty.any mechanic can do it, OBD readers are very common you don't need a dealer, UNLESS you're still under warranty.
