On the serpentine belt on your car, you should not need to Snug or tighten any bolts on the actual belt replacement. It just takes a 15 millimeter socket to release the tension on the tensioner, you take the old belt off and put the new belt on. But you get to it, I believe you need to remove your radiator Reservoir, possibly your power steering reservoir, and a plastic cover that covers everything. The real work is just getting to where you can access the pulleys
Just tighten till snug then an 1/8 of a turn more and your done you can buy the chiltons book for your car it will have all torque specs but what I just explained to you will be good
