There are 3 common ways to fix a windscreen mirror. Glue, 'grub' screw or clip. Check to see if yours has a tiny screw on the mirror that needs winding out. If no screw it is possibly a spring clip mount. BE CAREFUL, If you are too rough you will shatter the windscreen and they are NOT cheap. Hold the mirror arm flat against the glass above the windscreen mount. It should slide over the glass mount. The clip is a strong spring so it will be a tight fit. Try using a strap and pull down flat against the windscreen. it might resist then suddenly snap into place so Be Careful.
