What should i check on a 1975 dodge 360 with a holley 2 bbl carburetor run good at idiol but stills when put in gear

Cleaned and adjusted carb and got it to run smooth at an idiol

Will it rev up in park ? Does it make any difference if the engine is hot or cold ?

If it stops as soon as you put it in drive it could also be a trans problem.

I will give it a try and see what happens thanks
