If there is coolant getting into one of the cylinders you will probably have a failed head gasket. Adding anything to the engine oil will not correct the head gasket problem. As a temporary attempt at a fix, you can try adding an aluminized radiator sealant. The permanent fix is to replace the head gasket.

I changed the head gasket and the head was skimmed but no change
