Cause. The BlackBerry device is configured to only accept Wireless Markup Language (WML) content in the BlackBerry Browser or Internet Browser. The BlackBerry Browser and Internet Browser will not accept WML content through Hypertext Transfer Protocol (HTTP).
Resolution. Configure the BlackBerry Browser or Internet Browser to accept both HTML and WML content.
Open the BlackBerry Browser or Internet Browser. Click the trackwheel, then select Options. Select Browser Configuration. Change the Content Mode option to WML and HTML. Click the trackwheel, then click Save.
