What to test with voltage meter for non working Sony TV
Sony LCD was on surge protector however cable antenna was not when lighting struck. Making a clicking sound. Red light is solid, goes to green then nothing and clicking sounds continues. No picture no power. Clicking not coming from speakers.

There may be an internal fuse that has burned out, but opening the cabinet on a TV of any sort is a dangerous thing to do if you're not sure what you're doing!! This needs to go to a repair shop -- or the dump. (It's probably cheaper to buy a new one than to have it repaired.)
