Whats making carb flood with gas after bike is started and runs just a min or so then gas runs out carb over flow hose. I have replaced carb float and jets are all clean
I was told it has bent valves and need a valve job. Person only did leak down test he didnt remove valve cover or do anything else.

Hi Paige, Seems like the problem is where the float and needle meet, The needle and seat let the gas into the bottom of the carby and as the gas rises the float rises as well pushing the needle up into the seat slowing the gas flow into the bottom of the carby.... As the motor's using the gas in the bottom of the carby the float's lowering and the needle lowers as well allowing gas into the carby, If the part of the float that meets the needle is bent down slightly it's going to let more gas into the bottom of the carb because it's not pushing the needle up when it should, YOU NEED TO BEND THAT PART OF THE FLOAT UP SLIGHTLY TO STOP THE GAS COMING OUT THE OVERFLOW....
