What's your problem?
Magiccher chest freezer model MCCR5W when " quick swith" is on temperature will reach -20 degrees. When switched to operate mode the temperature begins to rise and will not hold and the compressor does not run. The temperature light does not light up.

Look around for where the unit receives temp input. Maybe the sensor is iced over and reading incorrectly.
