I can't get my w/c battery to charge. It makes a clicking noise. The orange light blinks on & off 4 times underneath the chair then stays an a few seconds, then blinks again. The red light stays on. My wheelchair is a Pronto M91 Sure Step. It is not quite 1 1/2 yrs old.
