I had this issue as well and bought a new battery which didn't work. That's not to say that a new battery will solve this issue for someone else, but I went one step further. I then bought a new charging cord and that fixed the issue.

Battery issue try changing the batt they are not taking the charge pls replace if they got weaken or aged
