When engine gets to operating temperature noise from timing belt area whooo whooo, any ideas?
Water pump has been replaced, all new belts, timing belt has 60k on it, have removed all belts, noise is still there, drives fine noise is when I let my foot off gas, no noise when under load, ie: when accelerating

Sounds like water pump! If it was last changed 60k when timing belt done could need doing! If not timing belt tensioner! When timing belt is done it is good practice to replace water pump and belt tensioners at the same time!
If they took the timing belt off and ran the engine I would imagine there should be some engine damage! Running the engine with no timing belt generally causes timing to be out and the valves could hit the pistons!
Without hearing the noise it is difficult to diagnose but I think the "whooo whooo" noise you describe is whining that is usually associated with bearings....I believe your engine is the twin cam so you would have 2 camshaft bearings and crankshaft bearings that could also be suspect!
