When i am playing WoW, or simply on the interent, or even when its just my desktop on my screen, my monitor will shut off, immediatley turn back on, and i will see the words "No signal input, check video cable" and then the screen will immediatley go to the "start windows normaly, start window in safe mode" options. When i click on start windows normally, i get right back on and everything works fine. Sometimes it does this every 10 minutes or so, sometimes i can go several hours before it does it. Any ideas?

That is computer problem, it shutsdown by itself improperly that is why you see the message on the screen.
When was the last time you blow out all dust inside the PC. You should also try reseating all the cards and memories. Also look for any caps on the mother board with bulging tops.
