Update: 1 minute later and the other one is fixed! I just moved the ball joint back and fourth several times, and it works fine. I think there is a soft valve inside that stuck closed after being stored for so long in the closed position. Moving it around fixed the one. I did this with the other one, too, though, and it did not fix it. So, keep moving it back and fourth and blowing and sucking. I want a refund/replacement for the one I broke trying to fix it, though.
