When I capture old VCR casettes using One-Touch VC500 and Corel VideoStudio Pro X3, I get the video fine, but it pulls the audio from my headset mic rather than from the vcr. How do I force it to get the audio from the VC500? Specs: Inspiron 518, Vista, VC500, and VideoStudio Pro X3. Any help is appreciated

Somehow, you have made your System Audio Output {Jack} the Primary source of the System's Audio. You are using Digital & Analog Audio at the same time. In Modern Electronics, you have to make one or the other the ONLY source of the System sound! I wish I could see your Set-Up because I know I'd spot the problem instantly. Your solution is most likely reading Your User's Guide very carefully, and finding the Switch Setting that is designed to make it work properly. This should not be happening -- most likely you just have a Function Set incorrectly.
