When i conect it to my windows media player it says that theres only so much space left then when i click on the nextar song file theres nothin in there an when unplugged it only has 14 songs on it

Delete all of the songs on it currently, then get a new battery and try uploading again. If this doesn't work, you have to buy a new one.
