When I connect it to my computer, on the bottome right of the monitor, it recognizes that its the speedo aquabeat, but then when I go to my computer to look at it, I see drive F but when I click on it it says,"please insert a disc into drive F" Nothing works when I use headphones either
Check the drivers. Depending on what windows version you have it can vary. xp and under right click on my computer, select properties. Click on hardware tab. Then click on device manager.
For vista and windows 7. Right click my computer, select properties. on the left side there should be a link that says device manager.
Look for an icon that shows a piece of hardware not installed right. It should be under USB devices.
if there is, it means that the player isn't installed correctly.
Got to the manufacturers website and download the drivers and install them.
Restart the computer then hook up your player and see if that does the trick.
Also, make sure windows is up to date, via windows update.
What windows do you have. Have you made sure its up to date?
Make sure its plugged directly into the USB on the computer. Not through a hub or keyboard port etc. After its plugged in, restart the computer with it plugged in.

Hello
Ok, here is a couple of things we can try to open the drive you requested.
Go to:
My Computer
Right click on the drive
Choose to open or explore the drive.
Usually, this is a virus related problem, also make sure that all the cables are plugged in correcctly.
Please do not hesitate to let me know if you need any further assistance.
Kind regards
Andrea
