When I go into a user profile, it freezes up and I have to turn the machine off and back on to use. I have use the quick start to use it. how can I fix this?

I was having trouble with user names being corrupt or would show name but only a blank screen.
I was able to add another username and use that one .
Problem came for my wife there were 3 corrupt usernames so I could not add her.
Long story short I was able to change date on program to 3 years back ,then the username we're not corrupt deleted them .then changed date back to 2017.
Try to re-calibrate unit. Also there may be settings already in unit. Clear all settings and reset to factory settings.
