When I go to system, Why are only heat or off shown as options, no cool?
The wi-fi is working fine as I can change heat temp etc, but when I open the system setting icon I only have the heat and off options, no Cool option for the A/C, what am I missing, it had been working fine until yesterday. I have check for power at the A/C unit and it okay.

You might want to check if the wires are ******* in tight on the stat and make sure the wiring matches the furnace or air handler connection Example r to r. W to w,g to g,c to c ,y to y, and there should be a jumper wire between rh and rc
