My 2001 Impressa WRX non-turbo would not start this morning. The mechanic managed to wind it on until it started. Now there is a beeping noise- like a seatbelt beeping that will not stop- even if I drive the car or stop it and lock it up- the beeping continues. The mechanic did inspect the fuses. But no warning lights come up on the dash. The car is very low mileage so this is a worry.
