When I log into ebay i put my name and password in it then says This webpage is not available how can I fix this?
The code that comes up on the screen is Error code: ERR_CONNECTION_RESET do not know why this is happening all other web pages work fine

I suspect the problem is with the Ebay site rather than anything you're doing. Instead of using a bookmark, try going directly to Ebay by entering www,ebay.com. If still no luck, try logging in at a low traffic time, either early morning of late night. Next I would call Ebay directly at 866-540-3229 to discuss the issue.
