When I make a 3lb loaf of basic white bread and the loafs don't seem to rise at the top and it's like the bread just sinks in the middle
When I first got the bread maker and I used my same recipe for a 3 lb. loaf of basic white bread I made about 5 loafs and they all turned out fine. Now when I try the same recipe it seems to not brown the top and it's a sunk in the middle. I have tried using 3 different yeasts and am still having the same problem. I don't want to purchase a new bread maker when this one is not that old but I purchased as new on Ebay with no warranty.

Next time follow the same recipe but remove 2 TBSP of liquid from your measuring cup before putting it in the pan
The collapsing loaf syndrome is almost always related to the
liquid content ( too much liquid )of your dough. If that doesn't work don't give up. I'll just need you to send me the recipe you are using and the
machine you have (make and model #) and I'll figure it out. I've owned dozens of machines over the years. I sometimes have more than one machine going at a time!
