When I make or receive calls I can hear them, but they cannot hear me. I have adjusted the volume as loud as it will go, but they still can barely hear me. How can i fix this problem

The problem is that the mouth piece on your phone is malfunctioning that is why people call or people that calls you barely hear you.
All you need to do is to replace the mouth piece of your phone and you will see that after the replacement of the mouth piece, anybody that call you or people you call will hear you clearly.
Just change the mouth piece as advice and you will see that the problem is solve. meanwhile, you can be using hands free pending the time you will replace the mouth piece.
