When i moved from home to home my reciever didn't do it. There where now cables conected and when i put him on he says within a few seconds OVERLOAD could it be the transistor?

May be Output transistors are blown on one side. NTE replacement P/N = NTE2329 & 2328. They are about $10 ea. You'll have to take an Ohm meter to figure out which one is shorted.
