When i open the printer the led flashes orange.. and i cant get print.. i checked the connection and power they are all fine

Try resetting the printer.
How to reset the printer. Turn off the printer, (in the back) then turn on the printer while holding down the Reset button on the top. Release the reset button when the light turns green then wait for the printing to stop. IMPORTANT: Next press the reset button for 1/2 second. If you hold it too long it will not reset the printer properly.
