When i play some of my recordings they will freeze up and nothing i do on the remote will help unfreeze it,I have to unplug the thing to get it to work,whats the prob

It appears there may have been an issue with those recordings when they were recorded. Since you stated that some of the recording are freezing, those recordings are corrupted and the problem on those recordings cannot be corrected. You may try to re-record to see if it occurs again. I hope this helps.
