Art if the batteries on the scooter are real low ie 5-6 volts or less then the charger will not pick them up because its not designed to charge really low batteries. If you have a voltmeter you can set it to 200 volts dc and plug the leads into the two outter holes of the charger port. This will give you the current battery voltage. I would guess its very low. The batteries on some scooters are very small 12-12ah batteries and don't last as long as the bigger UI and larger batteries. If you are not getting any reading at the charger port take the battery case apart and check the wiring and each battery individually with the voltmeter. If they are showing fully charged then check the voltage at the underneath of the case that makes contact with the scooter (with the batteries still wired correctly) If you are getting full voltage there then check the battery contacts in the scooter to make sure they are not bent or corroded. Reinsert the battery case making sure that you seat it well into the contacts and try turning the power on again. If you are still not getting power then there is a problem somewhere else and you may need to have it checked by a tech. Hope this helps

Have you checked the battery pack fuse and the main circuit breaker? More details for both of them can be found on the user's manual page 19.
