When I plug the heater in, it does not have any power. I check to ensure that the electric outlet was working and it was. But I tried other outlets in my home and then in my neighbor's home. Same results. No power to the heater
Hi, I am Steve, lets get you some help. The fact that you have tried the device in other electrical sockets and checked the socket means we have a problem with the heater. Start with the fuse in the plug - assuming a mounded plug the fuse should just clip out. Some modern plug leads do not have accessible fuses, if that is the case the is not a user serviceable fuse in the item. If you can get the fuse out then replace it with a new fuse, this is the most likely problem. If a new fuse (make sure you use the correct rating) does not correct the problem then it is broken beyond repair without going to a repair shop.
