When I power on my Advent Tacto the Advent logo comes up and then just sits there. I have tried break on power up but that makes no difference

When I power on my Advent Tacto the Advent logo comes up and then just sits there. I have tried break on power up but that makes no difference

I also tried removing the hard drive hoping it would boot to bios, again no difference.

Removing the hard drive will not boot to the BIOS. Try pressing F2 when your laptop is booting. Change the boot order to your hard drive.
