Hi Jean, all you need to do is move the carriage to the spot you want to place a tab and then press the tab set key. Key may be labeled as " T SET", located on left side of keyboard. You can put as many tab sets as you like.
If that does not work, you may need a new keyboard. Keyboards are starting to wear out due to age.
