Report "When I pull on the cord and the piston is in the top position I get a lot of clicking from the pulling mechanism. This is the over pull safety clicking. The problem is a compression issue. If i remove the spark plug it has free movement and no clicking when pulling. If i put the plug in securely it will build pressure and not turn. HELP"
