When i push the start button the dryer buzzes like it wants to turn on but does not start turning. then it stops buzzing when i release the start button
SOUNDS LIKE A MOTOR WINDING. GRAB A HELPER TO PUSH TO BUTTON WHILE YOU HOLD THE DOOR SWICH IN AND TURN THE DRUM SEE IF IT STARTS THEN. YOU MAY NEED A MOTOR.
