When I put the disk in for Panda Internet security 2009, after I hit 'allow' and it first starts, "Lanzador Instaladores has stopped working" comes up, and a box that lets me try Windows to try to fix it, and when I hit that, after a bit, it just quits running. Is there something wrong with this disk? I need English, for one, and I have no idea why it won't continue on and let me install it from the disk. Thanks. Laurie

This is a problem with flash on your computer which is what is crashing when the CD is auto ran. To work around this you need to leave the CD in the tray after you get this error and go to My Computer and look for the CDrom there and right click on it and select explore. While exploring the CD you will want to look for the folder that is the name of the version of Panda you have. Inside this folder there will be a SETUP file which you could run from.

Try this, rename the professional folder in C:program files\common files\InstallShield.
There should be a folder called Professional and reneame it to something like Profess. You should be able to install the program with the CD.
