When i right click my mouse it moves down right, i play bfbc2 and ive tried many of mouses(mice) and they all do it, it has also done it on other 1st person shooters, so im wondering if my asus g51 has a problem with my right mouse button? (like i said, its the ASUS G51, it wasnt in the list so i put this lol)

have you tried going into you control panel and look for mouse setting,see if you can sort it out from there.
