When I rotate the gasoline flow valve from closed to open, a gasoline leak steadily flows from a gold-colored metal part occurs. when I turn the valve off, the leak stops. i looked for cracks in the rubber hoses but did not observe any leaking cracks

Try replacing the hose anyway ,and put new clamps on it some times you can't see the cramps and sometimes the clamps go bad.
