When i start the vehicle in the morning first time as soon turn on the engine if i move the steering wheel it make a loud noise and the engine cutoff itself.after the vehicle warm up at normal temp is fine

Check your fluid.....someone may have added thick oil.Also check to see if that model has a power steering fluid filter.Many do. don-ohio
