When i try to crank my 1991 acura integra ls the dash lights come on but it will not crank unless I am neutral and then sometimes it won't crank at all

I'm shooting for your grounds buddy it's either your transmission ground wire or starter ground or another one but it sounds like transmission ground or starter ground... but make sure your old battery cable clamps aren't stretched in the wires to clamp area that also causes this loose connection start issue stuff cus people use wrong batterys that are too big... Easy fix is cutting the wires close to both battery clamps and replacing them with good ones at any parts store buy good ones not Walmarts specials lol. If you forget after cutting wires your positive side has more wires going towards the under hood fuse box while the negative side has one or two only going down to ground to the frame...
