Have tried everything I can think of. Yes I read the instructions but it just won't make a stitch. I am an experienced sewer so I do know about sewing.machines. Removed & replaced the needle. Tried to adjust tension. Tried a different fabric. Took out bobbin & put back in all according to instructions. Any ideas?

It sounds like you have checked most common things that would cause this problem, and I assume you have double checked to be sure the top thread is traveling through the take up lever and following the correct path. If the rotary hook is not meeting right with the needle, it can't create a stitch. If the needle isn't bent, it's possible you may need to have the machine timed or there may be some other issue occurring in the bobbin area.
Thanks for replying. Guess I will have to checkout a repair place. It is brand new & I sure don't want to have to pay much money for a fixit!
