When I try to watch Netflix or VUDU an message appears saying LAN feature is invalid. I already called my internet provider and they said everything was ok from there end so I should contact you

Hi Sue, you can use the command prompt and run it as an administrator [ press the Windows key + R ] and type in CMD and press ENTER.
To reset the network connection and renew the IP address type the following command in the console, [ ipconfig /release ], press enter. Then type, [ ipconfig /renew ], press enter.
This should reset your network connection and reconnect your computer to the network.
