When I turn it on an alarm sounds and won't stop. The scooter works well except alarm won't stop. It is as if you are pushing on the horn all the time
It sounds like you're pushing the horn constantly.

Hi Irene, sounds like you got water inside the button you push to activate the horn, the push button will need be dried out ....either by disassembly's or carefully placing a warm setting hair-dryer near the button and operate to get the water to evaporate .. but don't do it too hot otherwise the button will start to melt...

the wire breaking would not trigger the horn unless the wire or wires are touching all the time...
