When I turn my disposal on it makes a buzzing ound. the baldes are free. after I turn the blades , I push the red button, and turn the disposal with the wrench, but still just a buzzing sound

Not good news unfortunately. I would say that either the bearings in the motor are worn out ,so the motor has a hard time turning. Or it may be that one of the motor windings (electric coils) is bad.
I would replace the disposer. If you can purchase a new one just like the old one it will screw right on where the old one was removed.

I work on these disposals on a regular basis and would agree easier to replace it its shot.
