When I turn my jacuzzi heater on using remote, the heat starts, but the water is pumped out of the jacuzzi (so it empties) and into the pool. Why? never did that before!
If you please tell me your jacuzzi make and model number,I may find a free operators manual online.Not knowing exactly how it is hooked up at this point though,I would say there is a bad valve or a valve which needs to be switched from jacuzzi to pool or vice versa.Remotes rarely go bad too so maybe there is a sensor which the remote activates to switch it back and forth if that is an option for your system.If there is,it may be the remote battery if you haven't tried that yet.Cheapest solution possible at this point.My Bose has one of those strange batteries(notAA,AAA,C,D,etc)so if it is a possibility,it may be worth trying,probably no more than $5 before it gets expensive.If you comment here with any relative information possible,I will get an autolink to your post and will reply ASAP.Greg
