When i turn my tv on there is no sound i have to turn it off and on several times nefore the sound works and now none of the buttons work such as enter and volume or the menu button

Please check the remote control pads ., check the sections to the processor , check for the +5 volt to the processor and the digital outputs.
Also check to see if there is any loose connection , dry joints or a possible failure of the output audio amplifier.
