The bulb doesnt light up but the tv will shut down and try to start up again. while watching where lamp is Inotice that theres an f100 component that flashes white or glows once every 10 sec. or so. im assuming that f100 is a fuse. looks like its on ballast board probably indicating a short but hasnt blow f100. has anybody experienced this problem before?"
