When I turn on my T-30 the IBM logo pops up and at the bottom it says F1 to boot up F12 to Boot up Safe Mode Then a white padlock appears in the upper left hand corner of the screen, indicating it is locked up. I don't know hoe to get into the computer and work again. I have many sermons on the T-30 I need to see and review. Please help me

That white padlock is a system password lock. Did you recently enable a system password? Try restarting your laptop, pressing F1 or F12 to see if it will let you enter the password, then it should let you boot into the operating system.
